We'll send you a video showing you exactly where you'll be staying, how to access and use the facilities, giving you complete independence without needing a receptionist.

You enter using a system on your phone or through numeric locks. The keys and codes are activated intelligently only when your room is ready, and are deactivated at check-out time.

We know that sometimes a warm, in-person welcome makes all the difference. In that case, guests who prefer or need assistance are greeted by one of our hosts, who personally accompanies and guides them to their apartment or suite.

It helps you organize your days and plan excursions and itineraries, explains how the self-service breakfast works and how to access the complex, and gives you all the information about the high-speed connection and efficient energy use.

Check-in for glamping is only available within that window.

This is a fundamental principle of our low environmental impact concept. Glamping maintains the natural darkness of the mountain so you can enjoy the immensity of the starry sky and the moonlight from your bed, minimizing light pollution and optimizing energy consumption.

Out of respect for the environment and to ensure you fully enjoy your experience, glamping guests must be guided and oriented by one of our hosts between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. After these hours, to preserve the night sky and the tranquility of the forest, we do not allow entry.
